Relying on the International Fertilizer Science Center, the National Soil Nutrient Management Engineering Laboratory, the Green Fertilizer Engineering Laboratory of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Fertilizer Engineering Technology Research Center of Liaoning Province, the company’s personnel will vertically undertake the national “12th Five-Year” and “Thirteenth” Five" key research and development projects, National Natural Science Foundation of China projects, STS projects, Ministry of Science and Technology projects and provincial key research and development projects, etc., horizontally cooperated with many domestic and foreign fertilizer companies in industrial development, promotion and application, and took the lead in establishing stability Fertilizer Industry Innovation Technology Strategic Alliance, National Slow and Controlled Release Fertilizer Test Demonstration Network.

The International Center for Fertilizer Science (CIEC) is an international scientific federation organized by scientists, research units, manufacturers and agricultural service organizations engaged in fertilizer scientific research, production and application. It was established in 1933 and settled in China in 2019. It is affiliated to the Chinese Academy of Sciences Shenyang Application Institute of Ecology.

The National Engineering Laboratory for Soil Nutrient Management (Fertilizer) is based on the Shenyang Institute of Applied Ecology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and is jointly established by the Nanjing Institute of Soil Science and the Shenyang Institute of Applied Ecology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. It was established in August 2011 with the approval of the National Development and Reform Commission.

The Green Fertilizer Engineering Laboratory (Laboratory Code: GC201907-03) was approved to be established in November 2019. The laboratory is built to accelerate the implementation of innovation-driven development strategies, improve my country's engineering development capabilities, promote breakthroughs in corporate technology bottlenecks and industrial transformation levels, and promote local economic development. It is an important part of the Chinese Academy of Sciences' science and technology innovation system.

The Liaoning Fertilizer Engineering Center was established in 2006. It is an engineering center established by the Shenyang Institute of Applied Ecology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Shenyang Zhongke New Fertilizer Engineering Technology Promotion Center. The main tasks are fertilizer additives, new varieties of trace element fertilizers, and deep processing of NPK. Technology, slow and controlled release fertilizer, organic fertilizer and biological fertilizer, new fertilizer processing technology and new equipment.

The Stable Fertilizer Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance is led by the Shenyang Institute of Applied Ecology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and is composed of 48 agricultural institutes, universities, and companies that produce stable fertilizers. In 2013, it was identified as a key cultivation alliance by the Ministry of Science and Technology.

The National Slow and Controlled Release Fertilizer Test Demonstration Network was jointly established by the Shenyang Institute of Applied Ecology, Chinese Academy of Sciences and 22 provincial agricultural science academies across the country. At present, more than 100 experimental demonstration bases have been established, with a total demonstration area of more than 8,200 acres, and a cumulative promotion area of more than 50 million acres in 26 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions across the country, creating good economic and social benefits for farmers.
